Duty assignments.

Sara Jane, if you will greet any who may appear at the castle gate for the International conference.

Hamish,I will leave you in charge if refreshment, food and drink for the guests and the conference rooms.

Audrey Rose, your assignment will be the guest book for the Knight's conference.

Dante, please make yourself available to assist any guest that might have need. I do want you stationed in the Knight's conference room as well.

Montypj, I would like you to station yourself in the International Conference rooms.

Nyxan, your duties will be between the two conferences.

Please, all make your presence known in your assigned area. You will also, be able to share your input in the Knight's Conference. The Knights of England are here to serve and to share their thoughts.
